On Patience- Glacier National Park

Holding space for gratitude in the now. Highline Trail, Glacier National Park

Reflecting a little bit on this trip of a lifetime.

Teaching me something new and so valuable every single day. Patience and persistence have been the big ones during this push in beautiful Montana. And although my legs are tired, and my back hurts from camping too much, I have gone too many days to count without a shower, and my body craves moving in another way other than bicycling, I am smiling bigger than ever before.

You can choose to focus on the bad, the negative, the discomforts, or you can simply not.
